  • Payment information: If you purchase a paid plan, payment is processed by our payment provider (Creem). We do not store your full payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and improve the NameFirst.ai service
  • Authenticate your account and maintain session security
  • Send transactional emails (e.g., receipts, account notices)
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve our AI models and UX
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Clerk: Authentication and user management
  • Creem: Payment processing (Merchant of Record)
  • Cloudflare: Infrastructure and edge computing
  • AI providers (via OpenRouter): Your naming session input is sent to AI models to generate responses. We do not share your account information with these providers.

4. AI Data Processing

When you use NameFirst.ai, your input (such as business descriptions, preferences, and naming directions) is sent to third-party AI models solely to generate naming suggestions for your session. We do not use your input to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI models. Your session data is processed in real-time and is not retained by AI providers beyond the scope of the individual API request.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Naming session data is retained to allow you to revisit past sessions. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication and session management. These are essential for the service to function and cannot be disabled.
